Die Pfleiderer AG hat innerhalb des Geschäftsjahres 2009 (01.1.2009 bis 31.12.2009) die nachfolgend aufgelisteten Informationen im Sinne des § 10, Absatz 1, Satz 1, Nr. 1-4, WpPG veröffentlicht oder dem Publikum zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die Informationen, die in diesem Jährlichen Dokument enthalten sind oder auf die verwiesen wird (zum Beispiel die finanzielle Situation der Pfleiderer AG oder die gegebenen Prognosen), veraltet sein können. On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 17 March 2004 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG exceeded the thresholds of 5 % and 10 % and amounted to 10.66% (equivalent to 4,550,221 shares).

10.66% of the voting rights (equivalent to 4,550,221 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

  1. On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 17 March 2004 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG exceeded the thresholds of 5 % and 10 % and amounted to 10.66% (equivalent to 4,550,221 shares).

10.66% of the voting rights (equivalent to 4,550,221 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

  1. On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 26 July 2005 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the threshold of 10 % and amounted to 9.92% (equivalent to 4,234,352 shares).

9.92% of the voting rights (equivalent to 4,234,352 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 26 July 2005 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the threshold of 10 % and amounted to 9.92% (equivalent to 4,234,352 shares).

9.92% of the voting rights (equivalent to 4,234,352 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10 November 2006 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG went below the threshold of 5% and on that date amounted to 4.98% (equivalent to 2,652,983 shares).

4.98% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,652,983 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10 November 2006 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG went below the threshold of 5% and on that date amounted to 4.98% (equivalent to 2,652,983 shares).

4.98% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,652,983 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 22 February 2007 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG went above the threshold of 5% and on that date amounted to 5.40% (equivalent to 2,879,499 shares).

5.40% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,879,499 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG

On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 22 February 2007 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG went above the threshold of 5% and on that date amounted to 5.40% (equivalent to 2,879,499 shares).

5.40% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,879,499 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG

  1. On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 16 March 2007 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.91% (equivalent to 2,619,584 shares).

4.91% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,619,584 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 16 March 2007 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.91% (equivalent to 2,619,584 shares).

4.91% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,619,584 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

  1. On August 19, 2009, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 15 January 2008 the voting interest of Henderson Group Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.16% (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares).

2.16% of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares) are attributable to Henderson Group plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

On August 13, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 15 January 2008 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in Pfleiderer AG fell below the thresholds of 3 % and amounted to 2.16% (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares).

2.16% of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

  1. On August 24, 2009, Henderson Global Investors Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 15 January 2008 the voting interest of Henderson Global Investors Limited in Pfleiderer AG fell below the thresholds of 3 % and amounted to 2.16% (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares).

2.16% of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,153,158 shares) are attributable to Henderson Global Investors Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG (veröffentlicht am 25. August 2009).

Untenstehende Gesellschaften haben uns folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

  1. Die AVI Germany Fund I, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 03.12.2009 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749 am 02.12.2009 durch Aktien die Schwelle von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und nunmehr 3,07% (das entspricht: 1636698 Stimmrechte) beträgt.

  2. Die Active Value Investors Fund Advisors N.V, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 03.12.2009 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749 am 02.12.2009 durch Aktien die Schwelle von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und nunmehr 3,07% (das entspricht: 1636698 Stimmrechte) beträgt.

Davon sind ihr 3,07 % (1636698 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Zugerechnete Stimmrechte werden dabei über folgendes von ihr kontrollierte Unternehmen, dessen Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG 3% oder mehr beträgt, gehalten:

Darüber hinaus sind ihr die v.g. Stimmrechte in Höhe von 3,07 % (1636698 Stimmrechte) auch nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG von der AVI Germany Fund I zuzurechnen.

  1. Dr. Hubertus Hoffmann, United Kingdom hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 04.12.2009 mitgeteilt, dass sein Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749 am 02.12.2009 durch Aktien die Schwelle von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und nunmehr 3,07% (das entspricht: 1636698 Stimmrechten) beträgt.

Davon sind ihm 3,07 % (1636698 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Zugerechnete Stimmrechte werden dabei über folgende von ihm kontrollierte Unternehmen, deren Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG 3% oder mehr beträgt, gehalten:

Darüber hinaus sind ihm die v.g. Stimmrechte in Höhe von 3,07 % (1636698 Stimmrechte) auch nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 i.V.m. Satz 2 WpHG von der AVI Germany Fund I zuzurechnen (veröffentlicht am 04. Dezember 2009).
