KG, Neumarkt, Deutschland hat uns gemäß § 21 Absatz 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749, WKN: 676474 am 2. Dezember 2010 die Schwelle von 10 % unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 6,03 % (das entspricht 3.534.608 Stimmrechte) betragen hat. Die bisherige Zurechnung von Stimmrechten anderer Aktionäre nach § 22 Absatz 2 WpHG besteht nicht mehr.

HTP Beteiligungs-GmbH, Neumarkt, Deutschland hat uns gemäß § 21 Absatz 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749, WKN: 676474 am 2. Dezember 2010 die Schwelle von 10 % unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 6,03 % (das entspricht 3.534.608 Stimmrechte) betragen hat. Davon sind der HTP Beteiligungs-GmbH 6,03 % (das entspricht 3.534.608 Stimmrechte) über die HTP Unternehmensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, Neumarkt, Deutschland nach § 22 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen. Die bisherige Zurechnung von Stimmrechten anderer Aktionäre nach § 22 Absatz 2 WpHG besteht nicht mehr.
