Compliance program

Our compliance program helps us to ensure that we adhere to all applicable laws as well as to the Pfleiderer Group’s own guidelines. The program is based on three pillars.

• Prevention: When there is high awareness of compliance at the Group, risks can be quickly identified and reduced. The compliance organization supports this process with appropriate measures such as training courses and the establishment of a helpdesk.

• Implementation: Internal monitoring systems are designed to recognize any weak points at the Group and to indicate compliance risks.

• Support: Pfleiderer understands compliance as a continuous process. Based on this responsibility, we would like to continue making our employees aware of relevant laws and Group-wide guidelines. Our program aims to firmly establish an awareness for the need for compliance at the Group – for example it is involved in the Pfleiderer Competence Model as a basis for development measures.
