Ideas management

Anyone who is close to the working process knows best how it can be made more efficient. So that all the new ideas and suggestions from our staff at the workbench or at the desk reach the level of the decision makers, we started the KNIFF initiative at our sites in Germany in 2007 (KNIFF is the acronym of “creative new ideas promote progress” in German). With our ideas-management system, we give all employees the possibility to communicate suggestions or specific solutions in a quick and uncomplicated way.

If a KNIFF proposal allows the Pfleiderer Group to save money, to operate more efficiently or to improve quality, we recognize the personal effort with a reward. The many suggestions submitted by our workforce each year are a sign of their strong motivation and identification with the Pfleiderer Group.
