Social charter

Pfleiderer is aware of its social responsibilities to its employees and has documented them in a social charter, which has been signed by the Executive Board, the German Metalworkers’ Trade Union (IG Metall Deutschland), the International Confederation of Construction Workers and Woodworkers (BHI) and the European Employee Council of Pfleiderer AG. Respect for human dignity and for internationally recognized human rights on the basis of the Core Labor Standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO) have so far been the foundation of the Pfleiderer Group’s corporate policy and will continue to be in the future.
